Airfare has not been included in the costs to give people flexibility to book tickets with the airline of their choice, use award points, upgrade tickets and extend their trips. If people would like assistance to book air tickets, please contact us.

Payment database

We have a payment database where each family will have a record of their payments and costs. If you would like to access your individual account, please send an email to request your password that is unique to each family.

The cost includes:  

  • 10 nights 4-star Hotel Accommodation (air-conditioned) – based on twin/double.  Single supplement is available ($705 USD)

  • Deluxe air-conditioned motor coaching as per itinerary

  • Sightseeing, entrance fees and attractions as per Itinerary

  • Daily Buffet Breakfast

  • 6 Dinners

  • All arrangements and tickets to attend the 4 concerts of the Mira Costa HS Orchestra

  • The group will be assigned a dedicated English speaking tour escort

  • All taxes

 

The cost DOES NOT include:

  • Airfare

  • Items of a personal nature

  • Passport Fees (Everyone must have a valid passport book)

  • Trip medical insurance

  • Trip Cancellation Insurance

Cancellation Policy:

The following are the Culture Path terms in the case of cancellation:  

 

  • · Up to 180 days before the tour begins: $0 cancellation fee (all funds deposited are returned in full)

  • · 120 – 179 days before the tour begins: $200 cancellation fee (all funds deposited, less $200, are returned in full)

  • · 60 - 120 days before the tour begins: 25% cancellation fee of the total costs 

  • · 45  -  59 days before the tour begins: 50% cancellation fee of the total costs 

  • · 30  -  44 days before the tour begins: 75% cancellation fee of the total costs 

  • ·  0   – 29 days before the tour begins: 100% cancellation fee of the total costs 

  • *excludes the cost of any travel insurance purchased
